在支气管哮喘中,把与职业有关的特定物质作为抗原引起的哮喘称为职业性哮喘。但由于预防和工业医学措施的不完善,职业性哮喘仍然未见减少。从日本职业性哮喘情况看,从1926年报告至今已有90种抗原物质。其中蔬菜、水果引起的职业性哮喘,有西红柿茎或莴苣叶引起的哮喘,白兰瓜皮上的毛状物引起的哮喘等,但报道与桔子有关的哮喘尚属罕见。作者曾经历过从事桔子剪技工作和摘果工作而发生的呼吸困难的职业性哮喘病例。作者推断其吸入性抗原并不是桔子的花粉和树枝的毛状物,而是剪技时茧虫的白色雾状粉尘造成的哮喘。为了证实这一点,作者做了箭头介壳虫的茧和虫体经过精制抽出抗原液,
In bronchial asthma, occupational-specific substances as antigens caused by asthma called occupational asthma.
