本文通过实事求是的原理,阐述了要想在21世纪占据竞争优势,就必须致力于把握这个综合国力竞争的热点———高技术企业。而高技术企业竞争,从形式上看似乎是产品的竞争、劳务的竞争、科技的竞争,但实质上却是企业文化的竞争,现在一些高技术企业没有好的企业文化,导致人才外流、高素质人才招聘困难等,都将使企业受到不可估量的损失,应引起高度重视。为此,笔者就高技术企业企业文化现状进行分析、对策研究。
