约翰·温德尔上校简介:美国陆军网络集成项目副执行官,带领团队进行硬件和软件方面的综合开发用以保障“网络集成鉴定”(NIE)。他目前正在从事复合系统工程研究,新兴的网络采集策略拟定;同时,还负责监督检查旅级网络集成进程、系统工程研究情况、及对进行的“网络集成鉴定”的6个独立试验分系统、20多个评估分系统的准备工作。以下是美国《陆军采办后勤与技术》杂志记者与温得尔上校就NIE的范畴、方法和实施进行的对话。
Capt. John Wendell: Deputy Chief Executive, US Army Network Integration Project, leads the team in comprehensive hardware and software development to secure NIE. He is currently engaged in complex systems engineering research and emerging network acquisition strategy formulation. At the same time, he is also responsible for supervising and inspecting the journey network integration process, system engineering research and six independent test points for “network integration identification” conducted System, preparation of more than 20 assessment subsystems. The following is a dialogue between journalists from Army Logistic and Technology Magazine and Colonel Windell on the scope, methods and implementation of NIE.
