作者根据治疗80例(109眼)原发性闭角型青光眼的实践经验,对周边虹膜切除术与氩激光虹膜切开术进行了比较。行周边虹膜切除术的有42例,56眼,平均观察时间39.8个月。
The authors compared perioperative iridotomy with argon laser iridotomy based on the experience of treating 80 cases (109 eyes) of primary angle-closure glaucoma. 42 cases of peripheral iridectomy, 56 eyes, the average observation time of 39.8 months.
