本实验探索一种测定中药材中甲霜灵残留量的HPLC方法。样品经过C_(18)固相萃取提纯、浓缩。农药的分析基于一个RPC_(18)柱。CH_3OH—KH_2PO_4(65:35)为流动相,在220nm处得到检测。本法在样品中添加0.05.0.01和1.00ppm的农药回收率为86~95%,最低检测浓度为0.02ppm。
This experiment explored an HPLC method for determining metalaxyl residues in Chinese herbal medicines. The sample was purified and concentrated by C 18 solid phase extraction. The pesticide analysis was based on an RPC_(18) column. CH_3OH-KH_2PO_4 (65:35) was the mobile phase and was detected at 220 nm. The method for adding 0.05.0.01 and 1.00 ppm pesticides to the sample has a recovery rate of 86-95%, and the minimum detection concentration is 0.02 ppm.
