信息技术的飞速发展,导致现代化的管理模式已经开始逐步渗入到高校的图书馆管理中,目前传统的管理要被信息化管理所取代,故此本文主要概述现代图书馆的管理模式与高校图书管的联系,并结合现代化的管理理念,在管理中多融入人本管理形式,推动高校图书馆的管理科学化,进而提升我国高校的图书馆管理能力,让更多的师生受益。
With the rapid development of information technology, the modern management mode has begun to infiltrate into the library management of colleges and universities.
