人工流产,以往常在无任何镇痛条件下施行,患者痛苦大,恐惧感强。为寻找一种安全无痛的治疗方法,我院自1999年6月～2002年1月采用异丙酚静脉注射镇痛50例,现报告如下。 1 镇痛方法试验组麻醉前禁食禁饮6小时,以防呕吐误吸。取截石位建立静脉通路(选肘前静脉)后常规吸氧,静脉注射异丙酚(propofol injection,西安力邦制药有限公司生产)2mg/kg,注药速度为2mg/秒。待患者睫毛反射消失开始手术。如术中患者呻吟,肢体扭动或操作时间过长,再追加30～50mg。对照组不给任何药物,进行手术。两组术中均用金脑人多参数监护仪监测(合肥生产)。
