一、《核准经济房屋法律》澳门《核准经济房屋法律》是在回归前1980年8月颁布的。1984、1986、1996年又下达了补充法令。在该法的前言部分说明核准经济房屋法律的制定是为了“在居住范围内提高居民生活水平”,“以便促进社会房屋的发展及提倡经济房屋的建造。”明确“行政当局优先处理的任务中,居住问题确实应占首位。”当时,面临建造房屋的地段价格急剧上升,建筑商唯利是图,楼宇价格及租金猛涨,与中等收入家庭负担
I. “Approving Economic Housing Law” The “Approved Economic Housing Law” in Macao was promulgated in August 1980 before the reunification. In 1984, 1986 and 1996, additional decree was issued.
