异烟肼是临床用于治疗各种结核病的首选药,但长期服用对肝细胞可产生严重的损害作用。本文研究口服肝泰乐能否有解异烟肼肝毒性的作用,为临床用药提供科学依据。取已测得正常转氨酶的健康家兔九只,随机分A、B、C三组,按规定方法连续给药三个月后,取耳静脉血,以赖氏法测转氨酶值。当转氨酶有明显改变时,处死家兔,取肝脏作病理形态学检验,以观察肝损害情况,并作显微摄影.实验结果,家兔口服异烟肼20mg/kg,可造成肝毒性,而A、B两组转氨酶升高和肝损害情况均无明显差别,这表明口服肝泰乐解异烟肼肝毒性疗效可疑。
Isoniazid is the drug of choice for the clinical treatment of various forms of tuberculosis, but long-term use can have serious damage to hepatocytes. This article studies whether oral heptaleol has the effect of isoniazid-induced hepatotoxicity and provides a scientific basis for clinical use. Nine healthy rabbits with normal aminotransferase had been randomly divided into three groups (A, B and C). After three months of continuous administration according to the prescribed method, the ear vein blood was taken and the aminotransferase value was measured by Lai’s method. When the aminotransferase was significantly changed, rabbits were sacrificed and the liver was taken for histopathological examination to observe the liver damage and make micro photography.Experimental results, rabbits oral isoniazid 20mg / kg, can cause liver toxicity, and A, B two groups of elevated aminotransferases and liver damage were no significant differences, indicating that oral heptahydrate solution isoniazid hepatotoxicity suspicious.
