对于有效性的教学笔者认为取决于两个方面:第一是教学内容方面,第二是教学对象。但是,实践证明,对有效性教学的起决定性作用的,并不是教师的教学内容,而是取决于教学对象——学生,也就是学生对课堂学习的积极性和主动性。因此,作为教师,我们在教育教学中,应该学会吸引学生对课堂的注意力,激发学生学习的积极性。因此,要提高课堂教学的有效性,应做到以下几点:1要逐步转变教师的教育观念教师是课堂教学的组织者和引导者,在教学中起主导作用。
The author believes that the validity of teaching depends on two aspects: the first is the teaching content, the second is the teaching object.
