In this paper, we propose a new method to study and calibrate twinning electron diffraction spectroscopy - computer analysis of rotating polargraphy. It applies to all major lines and lattice. This work is done by the software TW8600. The method is simple and intuitive, and reveals the overall orientation relationship between the matrix and twin.
