国家为鼓励和支持施工企业的发展出台了相关的法律、法规,一方面一定程度上净化了建筑企业经营环境,另一方面废止了一些不合理的收费。但目前建筑市场还不够规范,有些针对施工企业的政策值得商榷。特别是近年来,为了建筑行业管理的需要,有关部门出台名目繁多的保证金制度,使施工企业的经营和生存面临诸多严峻考验。
The state has promulgated relevant laws and regulations to encourage and support the development of construction enterprises. On the one hand, the state has purged the operating environment of construction enterprises on the one hand and abolished some unreasonable fees on the other. However, the current construction market is not yet standardized, and some of the policies for construction enterprises are debatable. Especially in recent years, in order to meet the needs of the construction industry management, the relevant departments have promulgated a wide range of deposit security systems, which have brought many severe tests to the operation and survival of construction enterprises.
