CCTV systems help to monitor and improve the quality of welding on fully automatic and remote welders. This technology provides real-time camera observation for all types of welding operations, especially monitoring of high-speed robotic welding systems that are not visible to the human eye. A monitoring system has been successfully designed for use with welding robots operating in hazardous areas and in the radiation area of nuclear power plants. Using a special lighting system and a fiberoptic system in conjunction with the camera technology, it is possible to evaluate the various stages of the soldering operation under the most difficult conditions
