自上个世纪90年代以来,整个世界范围之内出现了信息技术(IT)广泛被应用于教育的发展趋向,后形成为教育界受人瞩目的教育信息化现象。这一现象最明显的特征是,电脑多媒体和网络通讯为基础的现代化信息技术被广泛运用于教育教学过程之中。
Since the 90s of the last century, the development trend of information technology (IT) being widely used in education has emerged in the whole world. It has become the phenomenon of education informatization that has drawn great attention from the educational circles. The most obvious feature of this phenomenon is that modern information technology based on computer multimedia and Internet communications is widely used in education and teaching.
