1.研究目的通过了解目前甘肃政法学院学生的心理健康状况与特点,经过理论分析与探讨,阐述学校体育锻炼与心理健康的关系,提出体育锻炼中改善学生心理健康措施,缓解抑郁.本文通过我校学生的体育与心理健康的措施,缓解抑郁。本文通过我校学生的体育与心理健康的介绍和分析,期望对我校大学生抑郁的预防和干预其发展具有启发价值,旨在促进大学生身心健康的发展,提高其健康水平提供理论依据。
1. Objectives of the study By understanding the current state of mental health and characteristics of students in Gansu Political Science and Law Institute, through theoretical analysis and discussion, elaborated the relationship between physical exercise and mental health in schools, put forward measures to improve students’ psychological health during physical exercise and relieve depression.Through this paper, School students physical and mental health measures to alleviate depression. Based on the introduction and analysis of PE and mental health of our students, this paper is expected to provide some inspirational values for the prevention and intervention of depression in our college students, aiming at promoting the development of college students’ physical and psychological health and improving their health level.
