在非洲一些发展中国家,从1980年代末期到1990年代中期兴起的经济自由化和政治民主化促进了城市规划和管理方法的转变,在城市规划制定和实施中引入了公众参与和协商过程。本文介绍了博茨瓦纳在新规划范式中开展公众参与的经验。
In some developing African countries, the economic liberalization and democratization of politics that began in the late 1980s and mid-1990s promoted the transformation of urban planning and management methods and introduced public participation and consultation processes in the formulation and implementation of urban planning. This article presents Botswana’s experience in public participation in the new planning paradigm.
