良好的职业教育提升企业的竞争力。航天科技进步、技术力量雄厚,以及独特的航天特色,为航天职教的建设和发展提供了坚实的基础,航天职教依托航天形成了自身的职教特色,采用以过程为导向的课程体系,建立“双师型”教师队伍,注重学生基本能力和关键能力的培养,为航天直接输送了大量的高素质技术人才,其职教特色值得借鉴。
Good vocational education enhances the competitiveness of enterprises. Aerospace science and technology, strong technical force and unique aerospace features provide a solid foundation for the construction and development of aerospace vocational education. Aerospace vocational education relies on aerospace to form its own vocational education features and adopts a process-oriented curriculum system.
