选用0Cr19Ni30Al2奥氏体不锈钢板材进行非熔化极惰性气体保护焊,焊后在650℃下对焊接接头进行时效处理。利用OM、SEM以及显微硬度计对焊接接头进行了金相组织、断口形貌和显微硬度分析。结果表明,0Cr19Ni30Al2奥氏体不锈钢板材焊接成型性能良好,焊缝表面光滑,无热裂纹。对比未时效和经650℃时效处理100、500 h三组试样的晶粒度、抗拉强度、伸长率和显微硬度,0Cr19Ni30Al2奥氏体不锈钢板材焊接接头晶粒长大不明显,热稳定性高,材料的抗拉强度提高,伸长率下降,显微硬度有小幅度提高。
Choose 0Cr19Ni30Al2 austenitic stainless steel plate for non-melting inert gas shielded welding, after welding at 650 ℃ for aging welded joints. The microstructure, fracture morphology and microhardness of welded joints were analyzed by OM, SEM and microhardness tester. The results show that 0Cr19Ni30Al2 austenitic stainless steel sheet has good welding performance, smooth weld surface and no hot crack. Comparing the grain size, tensile strength, elongation and microhardness of non-aged and 100, 500-h aged specimens at 650 ℃, the grain growth of the welded joint of 0Cr19Ni30Al2 austenitic stainless steel sheet is not obvious, High stability, the tensile strength of the material increased, the elongation decreased, a slight increase in microhardness.
