马寅初中学是一所人才云集、学术氛围浓厚的教科研名校。2002年,我调入该校工作。2003年秋,我有幸成为赴省会参加新课改培训的首批教师之一。经过几年的实践,我认识到:教师只有参与研究才能增强自信心,不断提高自身素质和专业发展水平,消除职业倦怠感;才能不断创新,实现由“经验型教师”向“研究型教师”的转变,实现自身的可持续发展。 Ma Yinchu high school is a talented person, a strong academic atmosphere of scientific research universities. In 2002, I transferred to work in the school. In the autumn of 2003, I was fortunate to be one of the first teachers to go to the provincial capital to attend the new curriculum reform and training. After several years of practice, I realized that if teachers can participate in research to enhance their self-confidence, improve their own quality and professional development, and eliminate the sense of job burnout, they can continue to innovate and realize the research from “experienced teacher ” to “ Type teacher ”change, to achieve their own sustainable development.
