在毛主席“开发矿业”的伟大号召指引下,为了大打矿山之仗,提高矿山机械化程度,由长沙矿山研究院、河北大庙铁矿和长治市矿山机械厂(原长治工业机修厂)联合设计,长治市矿山机械厂试制的FZY100型粉状炸药装药器,经过矿山生产试验,效果良好。受一机部委托,山西省机械局于1975年5月20日至5月22日在长治市召开了FZY100型装药器鉴定会。12个省、市、40个单位的62位代表参加了会议。会议期间,全体代表学习了毛主席关于理论问题的重要指示和中央九号文
