在广泛收集、整理乐山市各县区森林资源、植被类型、农业人口分布、气象诸因子及林火资料的基础上，按照林业部制定的《全国森林火险区划》标准，进行森林火险等级区划。全市森林火险等级区划１４个单位（１３个区、市、县、１个林业企业局），区划为Ⅰ级火险区３个，Ⅱ级火险区３个，Ⅲ级火险区８个。同时应用聚类分析、多元回归分析，分析火险因子与历年发生火灾所造成损失的回归关系。
On the basis of extensively collecting and sorting out the forest resources, vegetation types, agricultural population distribution, meteorological factors and forest fire information of counties and districts in Leshan City, the classification of forest fire insurance grade is conducted in accordance with the “National Forest Fire Danger Zoning” standard formulated by the Ministry of Forestry. There are 14 units (13 districts, cities, counties and 1 forestry bureau) of the city’s fire-insurance grade division. There are 3 grade Ⅰ fire danger zones, 3 grade Ⅱ fire danger zones and 8 grade Ⅲ fire danger zones. At the same time, cluster analysis and multivariate regression analysis were applied to analyze the regression relationship between the risk factors and the losses caused by fires over the years.
