中国三十多年改革开放取得了举世瞩目的成绩,同时改革中也暴露出很多矛盾,如何解决好这些矛盾,对接下来的经济能否保持高速发展至关重要。本文考察了国际、国内经济发展规律及现有经济环境,提出了对内强化改革力度、协调区域经济、打破城乡二元经济,对外确立人民币国际货币地位,形成新的国际金融体系等办法来应对目前的困境。
In the thirty years of reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements. At the same time, many contradictions have also emerged in the course of reform. How to resolve these contradictions is crucial to whether the economy can sustain its rapid development.
