从太白棱子芹PleurospermumgrialdiiDiels.籽首次分得6个结晶性化合物,经理化和光谱分析鉴定为正三十烷醇(n-triacotanol,Ⅰ),γ-谷甾醇(γ-sitosterol,Ⅱ),东莨菪素(scopoletin,Ⅲ),琥珀酸(succinicacid,Ⅳ),佛手内酯(bergapten,Ⅴ)和山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅵ),其中化合物Ⅱ~Ⅵ为首次从该属植物中获得。
From PleurospermumgrialdiiDiels. The seeds were firstly divided into 6 crystalline compounds. The identification by managerial and spectral analysis was n-triacotanol (I), γ-sitosterol (II), scopoletin (III). Succinic acid (IV), bergapten (V) and kaempferol (VI), of which compounds II-VI were first obtained from this genus.
