盐酸美散痛在加拿大已使用了25年。在药物成瘾的康复治疗方面美散痛的作用已无疑问,但仍有许多问题没有解决。如鸦片依赖性的本质,为什么和怎样使用美散痛,哪些患者应进行治疗等。怎样认识鸦片的依赖性?有些人认为这种依赖性是一种病(如是一种生化缺陷)。有些人则认为是对生活环境和事件的病态性适应反应。按照前一种观点,患者可进行对症治疗,而一般认为不可能治愈。根据后一种观点,这种病态性反应可能是无知的(unlearned),因而可被适应性反应所替代。
Melody hydrochloride has been used in Canada for 25 years. There is no doubt about the role of sore throat in the rehabilitation of drug addiction, but many problems remain unsolved. Such as the nature of opiate dependence, why and how to use the pain, what patients should be treated and so on. How to recognize the dependence of opium? Some people think this dependence is a disease (such as a biochemical defect). Some people think that it is a sick adaptation reaction to the living environment and events. According to the former view, patients can be symptomatic treatment, but generally considered impossible to cure. According to the latter view, this morbid response may be unlearned and thus may be replaced by an adaptive response.
