为了解镜湖区承办年夜饭的餐饮单位的卫生状况,及时发现问题,督促整改,杜绝食物中毒事件的发生,确保广大消费者年夜饭的安全卫生。2010年2月上旬镜湖区卫生局卫生监督所对申报承办5桌以上年夜饭的餐饮单位的卫生状况进行了调查。结果表明,大部分餐饮单位卫生状况有较好,但仍有部分餐饮单位存在的问题不容忽视,提示对这些承办年夜饭单位加强卫生安全监管。
In order to find out the health condition of catering units under the New Year’s dinner hosted by Jinghu District, they found problems promptly, urged rectification and rectification and put an end to food poisoning incidents to ensure the safety and health of consumers. In early February 2010, the Health Supervision Office of the Jinghu District Health Bureau conducted a survey on the health status of catering establishments that applied for catering for more than 5 tables. The results showed that most of the catering units had better sanitary conditions, but some of the catering units still had problems that could not be neglected, suggesting that they should supervise the hygiene and safety supervision of these contractors.
