今年的五月一日是《矿山安全法》实施的第十个年头。这部法规在保证我国矿山企业安全生产,减少生产事故上发挥了至关重要的作用。十年来,我们将自己的行业视为液体矿山企业,在海洋石油开发中牢牢地贯彻法规的“三同时”要求,保证了十年来投产的近二十个海上油气田安全生产。
May 1 this year is the tenth year of the implementation of the Mine Safety Law. This law has played a crucial role in ensuring the safety of production in our country’s mining enterprises and reducing production accidents. In the past ten years, we have regarded our industry as a liquid mining company. We have firmly implemented the “three simultaneous requirements” of regulations in the development of offshore oil and ensured the safe production of nearly 20 offshore oil and gas fields that have been put into operation in the past decade.
