探讨中国淄博地区地下水源石油污染的微生物治理技术 .从污染地分离筛选出1 0株除油菌 ,经测定单菌株的降油率在 2 0~ 50 % ,混合菌群MZ940 2的降油率可达71 .4% .在含油地下水模拟反应器中 ,当投菌浓度保持在 1 0 6 个·ml- 1 时 ,混合菌群MZ940 2的降油率可达 53.1 % .在地下水石油污染的现场治理时 ,MZ940 2的投菌量为1 0L·d- 1 ( 1 0 9个·ml- 1 ) ,1 1d后在地下水流段面形成较稳定的微生物带 ,降油率保持在35%左右 .经初步鉴定 ,所投加的MZ940 2菌群未发生变异 .
To investigate the microbial treatment technology of groundwater source petroleum pollution in Zibo area of China, 10 strains of oil-removing bacteria were isolated and screened from contaminated land, and the oil-reducing rate of single strain was 20-50%. The oil-reducing rate of MZ9402 Up to 71.4% .In oil-bearing groundwater simulation reactor, the oil-reducing rate of mixed bacteria group MZ940 2 can reach 53.1% when the concentration of bacteria is kept at 106 · ml-1.In the case of petroleum-contaminated groundwater On-site treatment, MZ940 2 had a capacity of 10L · d-1 (190 bacteria · ml-1). After 1 day, the strain of MZ940 2 formed a stable microbial band in the surface of groundwater flow, and the oil reduction rate remained at 35% After preliminary identification, the added MZ940 2 flora did not mutate.
