介绍一种以80C51数字单片机为核心,通过软件方式实现CO2短路过渡焊电压和电流最优匹配的智能控制系统。该系统以惟一调节旋钮所选定的焊接电流为设定参数,自动对相关参数电弧电压进行以实现最高短路过渡频率为目标的寻优。寻优后的电弧电压与焊接电流形成实现最高短路过渡频率的最佳匹配,真正实现了CO2短路过渡焊主要参数由单旋钮调节的一元化控制。
This paper introduces an intelligent control system which takes 80C51 digital single-chip microcomputer as the core and realizes the optimum match of voltage and current of CO2 short-circuit transition by software. The system uses the welding current selected by the only adjustment knob as the setting parameter, and automatically optimizes the arc voltage of the relevant parameter to achieve the highest short-circuit transition frequency. Optimized arc voltage and welding current form the highest short circuit transition frequency to achieve the best match, the real CO2 short-circuit transition welding the main parameters by a single knob adjustment of the unified control.
