随着不可再生资源的日益枯竭,如何降低能源对外依存度,增强国家能源安全,改善能源结构并保护环境,保证能源安全供应和持续发展等问题,是每一个能源消费大国需长期考虑的战略问题。可再生能源的发展和节能技术的进步,无疑是根本性的解决之道。2006年9月,国家发改委组团对美国可再生能源和节能情况进行了考察,所提交的考察报告从管理模式、宏观政策、产业规模等层面拓宽了我们的视野。

The inspection reports submitted by the NDRC broadened our horizons from the aspects of management mode, macroeconomic policies and industrial scale.
