人们在研究化学物质(工业毒物、药物、农药、食品添加剂,环境污染物,以及内因性物质)的代谢、毒性和致癌效应的过程中,早巳发现有性差异现象。许多年来作了不少研究与观察。近年随着毒理学、肿瘤学和内分泌学的发展,人们对性差异产生的原因有了较深入的了解.本文就垂体—性腺系统对化学物质代谢、毒性和致癌效应的影响问题,作一简介。
In the course of studying the metabolic, toxic and carcinogenic effects of chemical substances (industrial toxicants, drugs, pesticides, food additives, environmental pollutants and endogenous substances), sexual differences have been found.
