武钢4号大型板坯连铸机,是我国自行设计、制造,具有80年代装备水平的大型板坯连铸机。从设计到热负荷试车,仅用2年零11个月,于1988年12月3日一次试车成功。1989年3月投入试生产,生产9个月来生产合格坯5.549万吨,其达产率为133.20％。该机在设计和施工中,充分吸取引进铸机的优点,并采用武钢十多年来对铸机研究的技术成果和操作诀窍,以及考虑主机备品备件的互换性、生产维修管理与原铸机的统
WISCO 4 large slab caster, is China’s own design, manufacture, with 80’s equipment level of large-scale slab caster. From design to test the heat load, only 2 years and 11 months, on December 3, 1988 a successful test.
