随着社会主义市场经济的建立,企业内部经营机制的进一步转换,工会工作将面临着新的变化。如何适应新的要求,大胆探索新的思路,已成为工会工作的必然趋势。笔者结合煤矿实际,略谈自己的看法。
With the establishment of a socialist market economy and the further transformation of the internal operating mechanism of the enterprise, trade unions will face new changes.
