高职教育的培养目标在于为生产和服务第一线具备综合职业能力和全面索质的高级技术型人才,这就决定了高职教育必须与经济和社会更紧密地结合在一起,通过加强自身建设,提高能力水平,结合地方经济特点,设置特色专业,从而实现服务于地方经济社会发展的目的。我院从2008年开始严格执行高教16号文件精神,对特色和重点专业的教学改革、专业建设、课程建设等方面取得了很大成绩。为了全面提高教学质量,在计算机网络技术专业的教学改革过程中,采用民汉合并教学模式,不仅提高各族学生的专业学习能力,而且提供各民族之间相互学习语言文字和文化,增进各族学生间的了解和沟通,提高民族学生的思想政治觉悟,提供更大的生活、学习空间,带来更大的发展机遇。主要阐述网络技术专业的民汉合并教学模式在新交职院的应用实践、影响和效果,认为新疆高职院校采用民汉合并教学模式是当今新疆社会稳定和发展的需要,更是时代发展的需要。
