高压电器产品中的SN10—10系列贫油断路器的主要零件之一—指形触头。如图1所示。材料是5毫米厚的紫铜板。要求有加工符号?4处的断裂而光洁段要达到其厚度4/5以上。我们根据制件光洁度只单边有要求的情况。设计了一种可调整间隙的新型模具。经二年来的生产实践证明,这种模具效果很好。制件外形尺寸精度可达到5—7级,断裂面整洁,光洁度可达到?6以上。模具寿命比普通小间隙冲模提高。
