目的:对嘉善县流行性腮腺炎季节特征进行分析,为科学防控提供依据。方法:应用集中度和圆形分布法对嘉善县流行性腮腺炎季节特征进行分析。结果:2004-2013年嘉善县流行性腮腺炎季节性分布的总集中度M值为0.44,圆形分布法计算得到总的集中趋势值r值为0.45,高峰日为5月26日,流行高峰期为3月14日至8月9日,10年间嘉善县流行性腮腺炎存在明显的高峰日和高峰期,但各年的发病高峰日不全相同。各年的集中趋势值r和集中度M值两者呈高度正相关。结论:嘉善县流行性腮腺炎存在明显高峰,发病高峰期集中在3-8月,提示要在发病高峰前做好重点人群的防控工作。
Objective: To analyze the seasonal characteristics of mumps in Jiashan County and provide the basis for scientific prevention and control. Methods: The seasonal characteristics of mumps in Jiashan County were analyzed by using the concentration and circular distribution method. Results: The total concentration M of mumps in Jiashan County from 2004 to 2013 was 0.44. The total concentration trend r value calculated by circular distribution method was 0.45. The peak day was May 26, Period of March 14 to August 9, 10 years Jiashan mumps there is a clear peak day and peak, but the peak of the incidence of each year is not the same. Concentration trend values r and concentration values M in each year are highly positively correlated. Conclusion: There is a significant peak of mumps in Jiashan County. The peak incidence is concentrated in March to August, suggesting that prevention and control of key populations should be done before the peak of the disease.
