英文成绩单的制作与管理在很大程度上体现了一个学校的管理水平和服务质量,影响到学校在国际上的形象。英文成绩单的制作要规范,管理要科学,服务要体现“人性化”。本文总结了英文成绩单制作和管理的实践经验,探讨了教学管理过程中规范化和人性化的关系,以及规范化管理和人性化服务对促进学风建设、树立学校良好形象所起的积极作用。
The production and management of English transcripts largely reflect the management level and service quality of a school, affecting the international image of the school. The production of English transcripts should be regulated, the management should be scientific, and the services should embody “humanity ”. This paper summarizes the practical experience of the production and management of English transcripts, discusses the relationship between standardization and humanization in the process of teaching management, and the positive role of standardized management and humanistic services in promoting the construction of a good academic atmosphere and establishing a good image of the school.
