A Psalm of Life是美国著名诗人朗费罗(Henry Wadsworth Longfellow)的代表作之一,这首诗朗朗上口,节奏感极强,感情慷慨激昂、积极向上,也是第一首被译成中文的外国诗歌。本文将以许渊冲先生的三美论为原则分析原诗和三个版本的译文,意欲探索汉译英语诗歌的翻译批评和赏析的奥妙。
A Psalm of Life is one of the representative works of the famous American poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. The poem is very catchy, very rhythmical, passionate and passionate, positive and also the first foreign poetry to be translated into Chinese .
