1临床资料患者男,39岁,发现右小腿结节伴疼痛4年。4年前患者右小腿胫前无明显诱因出现一米粒大小暗红色结节,突出于皮面,偶有疼痛不适,未予特殊处理,此后结节逐渐增大至黄豆大小,疼痛较前加重,曾自行外用激素软膏等治疗无效,患者为求进一步治疗,遂入本科。患病以来,患者无咳嗽、咳痰,无低热、盗汗,无腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、便秘。精神、食欲及睡眠可,大小便正常,体重无明显变化。既往诊断为“乙型肝炎病毒携带者”。
