Historical science has two major functions of education and reference. For middle school students, the former can cultivate patriotic sentiments, while the latter can grasp the pulse of the times and analyze the trend of current affairs. Its academic status is undoubtedly important. However, history, as a thing that happened in the past, has no immediate effect on the educational significance of people and the history of social development, and it is a post-effect. This has led many students to despise history, neglect the role of history classes, and weaken the function of history. In addition, the history of college entrance examinations in recent years has taken the lead in the reform of college entrance examinations. New ideas emerge in an endless stream, and the demands for capabilities are changing with each passing day, leaving many teachers feeling tired.
