成龄茶树及其无性苗的同工酶比较

以六个无性系茶树品种(福鼎,槠叶齐,鳛水大树茶(2),政和大白,1—32号,慢奇兰)为材料,用不溶性聚乙烯吡咯烷酮提取酶液,结合垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,分析了成龄茶树及其无性苗之间的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明:六个品种的成龄茶树及其无性苗之间的酯酶同工酶无差异,四个品种成龄树与其无性苗的过氧化物酶同工酶差异显著,这种差异主要表现在母树的酶带数比其扦插苗要多。这些结果表明了茶树个体发育过程中过氧化物酶同工酶的表达,存在着“时间顺序性”,同时还体现了茶树不同发育时期某些生理生化代谢上的异同,对于材料的选择及早期鉴定的研究有一定的参考意义。 Six clones of tea varieties (Fuding, Qi Yeqi, Shuishui Dazhu Tea (2), Zhenghe Dabai, No. 1-32, Qiqi Lan) with insoluble polyvinylpyrrolidone extraction enzyme solution, combined with vertical The plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the esterase and peroxidase isozymes between the mature tea tree and its asexual seedlings. These results indicate the expression of peroxidase isoenzyme during the development of tea plant, which has “chronological order”, and also reflects the similarities and differences of some physiological and biochemical metabolism in different developmental stages of tea plant.
