以六个无性系茶树品种(福鼎,槠叶齐,鳛水大树茶(2),政和大白,1—32号,慢奇兰)为材料,用不溶性聚乙烯吡咯烷酮提取酶液,结合垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,分析了成龄茶树及其无性苗之间的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明:六个品种的成龄茶树及其无性苗之间的酯酶同工酶无差异,四个品种成龄树与其无性苗的过氧化物酶同工酶差异显著,这种差异主要表现在母树的酶带数比其扦插苗要多。这些结果表明了茶树个体发育过程中过氧化物酶同工酶的表达,存在着“时间顺序性”,同时还体现了茶树不同发育时期某些生理生化代谢上的异同,对于材料的选择及早期鉴定的研究有一定的参考意义。
