我国是世界第一产煤大国,煤炭产量占世界的37%。煤炭是我国的主要能源,分别占一次能源生产和消费总量的76%和69%,随着煤炭工业经济增长方式的转变、煤炭用途的扩展,煤炭的战略地位仍然十分重要。信息化是我国加快实现工业化和现代化的必然选择。随着体制转轨,市场化压力逐渐增大,煤炭企业自身也深切体会到了信息的重要性,对信息化可以促进企业发展基本达成共识。因此,如何利用信息技术来改造煤炭企业,加强安全生产,提高生产效率,减少人为的错误干预,增强企业核心竞争力,是我国煤炭企业需要重点研究的一个问题。围绕煤炭企业信息化建设的相关问题及对策略谈一些自己的拙见。
China is the largest coal-producing country in the world, accounting for 37% of the world’s coal production. Coal is the main energy source in our country, accounting for 76% and 69% respectively of the total energy production and consumption. With the change of economic growth mode of coal industry and the expansion of coal use, the strategic position of coal is still very important. Informationization is the inevitable choice for our country to speed up industrialization and modernization. With the institutional transformation, the pressure of marketization has gradually increased. The coal enterprises themselves have also deeply realized the importance of information and basically reached consensus on how informationization can promote the development of the enterprise. Therefore, how to use information technology to transform coal enterprises, to enhance safety in production, to increase production efficiency, to reduce erroneous human intervention, and to enhance their core competitiveness is a problem that China’s coal enterprises need to focus on. Around the coal enterprise information construction problems and countermeasures to talk about some of my own humble opinion.
