汽车车轮辋旋压工艺试验研究——济南铸锻机械研究所吕善桐,吴钟毓王承太本文主要介绍9.0—20车轮轮辋旋压工艺试验。目的在于摸索出平板卷焊旋压成形汽车轮辋的新工艺。通过试验找出了车轮旋压工艺的规律,成功地在一台旋压机上旋出高强度、高精度的宽肩轮辋。由于汽车轮辋的断面形状十分复杂,是一个既有普旋又有变薄旋压的复合旋压过程。试验中采用了锁圈槽成形、旋薄轮辋底、轮缘成形三道工序。结果表明,旋压成形的轮辋成品具有较好的几何精度和尺寸精度。压气机叶片无余量辊锻——沈阳黎明发动机制造公司陈宗霖吴自然李书锐
Experimental Research on Spinning Process of Automobile Wheel Rim - Jinan Casting and Forging Machinery Research Institute, Luzhuntong, Wuzhongyu, Wangcheng Tai This paper mainly introduces the 9.0-20 wheel rim spinning process test. The purpose is to find out a new technology of flat roll welding forming wheel rim. Through the test, the law of wheel spinning process was found and the high strength and high precision wide shoulder was successfully screwed out on a spinning machine. As the cross-section shape of the car rim is very complicated, it is a composite spinning process with both general and thinning spinning. Test using the lock ring groove forming, thinning the bottom of the wheel rim, rim forming three processes. The results show that the spinning finished rim has better geometric accuracy and dimensional accuracy.
