为有效提高武警部队基层官兵的就医服务质量,我院除在门诊接诊和定期下基层部队巡诊外,还担负为基层单位培养卫生员和指导驻地基层部队科学防治疾病的任务。新兵是部队新生力量和战斗力基础,由于入伍时间短,面对新环境,容易发生各种训练伤,也是各种疾病发生的高危人群~[1,2]。2016年3月,统计我院2015年新兵就诊处方(包括我院医疗分队下基层巡诊处方),了解就诊科室与疾病类型,分析原因,为医院进一步合理配置诊疗
In order to effectively improve the quality of medical services for grassroots units in the Armed Police Forces, our hospital takes the task of nurturing health workers and guiding the grassroots units in the prevention and control of diseases in the grassroots units in addition to out-patient clinics and regular visits by grassroots units. Recruits are the foundation of the new forces and combat effectiveness of the armed forces. Due to the short enrollment hours and the new environment, various training injuries are prone to occur and are also at high risk for all kinds of diseases. [1,2] In March 2016, statistics were made on the recruit prescriptions (including the grassroots patrolling prescriptions under the medical unit of our hospital) in 2015 to understand the treatment departments and types of diseases and to analyze the reasons for the further rational allocation of medical treatment to hospitals
