同志们:这次工作会议是在十三届七中全会刚刚结束,能源工作会议以后和总公司工作会议前夕召开的。这次会议的任务是:学习领会七中全会精神,贯彻能源工作会议及总公司几次会议要求,总结煤机行业的工作,分析煤机战线面临的形势,提出91年的工作部署,把各项工作纳入到“质量、品种、效益年”的活动中,全面提高产品质量和企业效益。会上还将讨论直属、转包单位下一轮承包的问题,交流“八五”规划的意见。
