中华人民共和国和蒙古人民共和国,本着发展两国间的友好合作与睦邻关系的愿望,为加强领事关系,保护两国国家和国民的利益,决定缔结本领事条约,并议定下列各条:第一章定义第一条在本条约中出现的下列用语具有以下意义:(一)“领馆”指总领事馆、领事馆、副领事馆和领事代理处;(二)“领区”指为领馆执行领事职务而设定的区域;(三)“领馆馆长”指领导领馆的总领事、领事、副领事和领事代理人;
