建立了633 nm波长标准装置,已为各行各业的激光干涉仪、激光跟踪仪等测量设备提供精准的长度校准服务。采用稳频激光器波长校准的拍频原理,将测量值溯源到长度波长基准。该激光器波长校准装置包括:参考激光器、被检激光器、合束镜、光电探测器、带宽放大器、频谱分析仪、频率计以及微机数据采集系统。分析了提高检测精度的影响因素。给出了拍频实验输出结果时间频率采样图。解析了波长、频率、稳频特性等检定项目的判定依据。
Established a 633 nm wavelength standard device, has been for all walks of life laser interferometer, laser tracker and other measuring equipment to provide accurate length calibration services. Using the frequency-beat principle of frequency-stabilized laser wavelength calibration, the measurement is traceable to the length wavelength reference. The laser wavelength calibration device comprises a reference laser, a seized laser, a beam-combiner, a photodetector, a bandwidth amplifier, a spectrum analyzer, a frequency meter, and a computer data acquisition system. The influencing factors of improving the detection accuracy are analyzed. The experimental results of beat frequency output are given. Analyzed the determination of wavelength, frequency, frequency stability characteristics of the test items.
