国家对外汉语教师资格证书的考试,是一种岗位资格认定的考试。为了保证我国对外国人进行汉语教学的质量,规范对从事以第二语言教学为特点的对外汉语教师队伍的管理,1990年6月,国家教委颁布了国家教委主任第十二号令。令中规定.对全国正在从事对外汉语教学的教师,进行岗位资格认定。此项考试,由国家教委对外汉语教师资格审查委员会(以下简称“审委会”)负责,并对考试及格者进行审定工作。审委会主任由国家教委主管教师工作的副主任担任,其成员由国家教委相关职能司局的负责人和有关的大学校长组成。审委会设有专家考评组,此考评组由我
National Chinese teachers qualifications exam, is a post qualification examination. In order to ensure the quality of teaching Chinese to foreigners in our country and regulate the management of the Chinese teachers of foreigners who teach in the second language, in June 1990, the State Education Commission promulgated Decree No.12 of the Director of the State Education Commission.
