魅力申城来相聚,世博园里话创新。在全党全国贯彻落实国家“十二五”规划纲要提出的战略目标的关键时期,我们出席中国产学研合作创新大会暨2011年中国产学研合作促进会年会的全体代表聚首上海,就充分发挥产学研合作在创新资源整合中的重要作用,形成如下共识:一、中国特色产学研合作创新道路,是政产学研用紧密结合、协同创新之路。适应加快建设创新型国家的需要,我国各级政府部门加大统筹协调力度,整合资源,搭建平台,创新机制,探索出更加尊重市场规律、各具特色的产学研合作模式。我们倡议:进一步发挥政府在
