大鼠静脉注射血灵,观察其对去甲肾上腺素、异丙肾上腺素、酚妥拉明、心得安、乙酰胆碱及阿托品作用的影响。结果表明,血灵不影响去甲肾上腺素升压和异丙肾上腺素降压,酚妥拉明和心得安也不影响血灵的降压作用;而与乙酰胆碱有协同降压作用,阿托品可抑制血灵的降压作用,说明兴奋毒蕈碱—胆碱反应系统是血灵降压机理之一。并与阻断β1受体抑制心肌收缩有关。
The rats were intravenously injected with Xueling and their effects on the effects of norepinephrine, isoproterenol, phentolamine, propranolol, acetylcholine, and atropine were observed. The results showed that Xueling did not affect the elevation of norepinephrine pressure and isoproterenol hypotensive, phentolamine and propranolol did not affect the blood pressure antihypertensive effect; and synergistic antihypertensive effect with acetylcholine, atropine can inhibit blood The antihypertensive effect of the spirit indicates that the muscarinic-choline response system is one of the blood-pressure reducing mechanisms. And blocking the β1 receptor inhibits myocardial contraction.
