目的总结三年管理年经验、做法和体会。方法采用PDCA循环督导、检查、评价、反馈。结果门诊人次和住院人次分别增长6.9%、15.9%,病床使用率增长19.4%,诊断符合率99.5%,治愈好转率96%,危重病人抢救成功率94.4%,患者和社会满意度97.6%,病案甲级率达到97.3%。结论管理考评是手段,以人为本是基础,认真整改是关键,强化落实是目的,群众满意是根本。重视医疗质量和医疗安全,是我们今后努力的方向。
Objective To summarize the three years of management experience, practices and experiences. Methods PDCA cycle supervision, inspection, evaluation, feedback. Results The outpatient visits and inpatient visits increased by 6.9% and 15.9% respectively, the bed occupancy rate increased by 19.4%, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 99.5%, the healing improvement rate was 96%, the critical patients’ rescue success rate was 94.4%, and patients and social satisfaction were 97.6% Grade A rate of 97.3%. Conclusions Management appraisal is a means and people-oriented is the foundation. Serious rectification is the key point. Strengthening the implementation is the goal, and the masses are satisfied. Emphasis on the quality of medical treatment and medical safety are the directions for our efforts in the future.
